Origin[edit | edit source]
Voidtech was developed by a covert division of the Star Union's main science institute. It was created in order to find new applications for void travel hyperspace technology. Dimensional manipulation was used to successfully transmit matter and energy, leading to the construction of cataclysmically powerful weapons.

Void technology is about the manipulation of space and time.
- Facilitate movement of friendlies.
- Debuff enemies and disrupt their positioning.
Void tech has minor synergy with factions that deal kinetic damage, but its focus on movement works well with most factions. The ability to move through obstacles is a particular boon to melee focused factions.
